Who these terms are for

We sell to businesses only, such as farms, vets, distributors and research projects. These terms cover the supply of Rigidtag™ ear tags (Goliath Rigidtag™ and Jumbo Rigidtag™) and of the applicators that fit them.

Offers and orders

  1. You tell us what you need: through the quote form, by phone, Viber, WhatsApp or email.
  2. We send you an offer or a pro forma invoice, with VAT and delivery included.
  3. Your order is confirmed when you accept the offer and pay. When exactly a contract is formed: UNKNOWN — REQUIRES VERIFICATION.

Rigidtag™ ear tags are sold only in pairs (male and female), for single use. The minimum order and the pack sizes are those on each product’s page and in your offer. All ten colours are made on request. Print layouts are agreed with each customer, and a tag can be made to a customer’s specification.

Prices and payment

Prices are those in your offer. Payment by bank transfer, or by another method agreed with you. Production starts once payment is confirmed.

Production and delivery

Delivery times are stated in your offer and run from the confirmation of your payment. We ship with DHL Global Forwarding abroad and with Geniki Taxydromiki or Speedex within Greece, and tell you the expected arrival date when your order ships. Free shipping to EU countries on orders over €150 before VAT, confirmed in each offer.

What you print, and official marking

You are responsible for the numbers, codes and text you ask us to print. A print proof before production is available by agreement; whether it is charged depends on what we agree.

For official marking, the requirements differ by country and sector: ask us what applies to you, and make sure your order meets your authority’s rules. Goliath Rigidtag™ is approved by the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration as an official means of identification for pigs, in yellow (17 November 2025).

Problems with an order, and the guarantee

  • If something is wrong with an order, contact us and we will look at it with you. Time limits for reporting a fault: UNKNOWN — REQUIRES VERIFICATION.
  • Lifetime Guarantee. Claims under the Lifetime Guarantee are handled with each customer directly: contact us.

Liability

Law and disputes

Greek law applies. The competent courts: UNKNOWN — REQUIRES VERIFICATION.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force when you accept an offer applies to that order. Last updated: UNKNOWN — REQUIRES VERIFICATION (the date Kostas approves it).
