Who we are

DELIVASILIS KONSTANTINOS TOU VASILEIOU, a sole proprietorship trading as Dls I.D. Systems (DLS® I.D. SYSTEMS), Neochori Imathias, 59033 Alexandreia, Greece. General Commercial Registry (GEMI) 189587626000, VAT ID EL120321650. Email info@dlsid.gr, phone +30 6975 619059. As the owner, Konstantinos Delivasilis decides how your data is used (he is the data controller).

What we collect

  • When you write to us through the contact form: your name, email, and, if you give them, phone and company or farm, with your message.
  • When you request a quote: the same, plus your country and the details of the tags you need (tag, quantity, colour, printing, marking, what to print, whether you need an applicator).
  • When you call, message us on Viber, WhatsApp, LinkedIn or Facebook, or email us: what you choose to send us.
  • When you visit the site: our hosting provider’s servers record technical data such as your IP address, the page requested and the time, as every web server does. How long these logs are kept: UNKNOWN — REQUIRES VERIFICATION (papaki).

To limit repeated sends, the form handler keeps a one-way code derived from your IP address for ten minutes. It can’t be turned back into the address.

The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads nothing from other websites: its fonts and images are served from our own address.

Why we use it

  • To answer your questions and prepare your offer (steps before a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To fulfil and invoice your order, and to keep the records the law requires (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
  • To keep the site and the forms secure and free of spam (our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We don’t sell your data and don’t use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

  • papaki, our hosting and email provider in Greece, stores the site and our mailbox on our behalf. Where its servers are: UNKNOWN — REQUIRES VERIFICATION.
  • LinkedIn and Facebook hold the messages you send us there, under their own privacy policies.
  • Carriers (DHL Global Forwarding for international shipments; Geniki Taxydromiki and Speedex within Greece) receive the delivery details of an order.
  • Banks handle payments.

How long we keep it

  • Messages and enquiries: in our mailbox, for as long as we need them to answer you and to handle any order that follows. Messages you send us on LinkedIn or Facebook stay on those services.
  • Orders and invoices: as long as Greek tax law requires: UNKNOWN — REQUIRES VERIFICATION (the exact period).

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to limit or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to info@dlsid.gr. If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

Changes

We will update this page when what we do changes. Last updated: UNKNOWN — REQUIRES VERIFICATION (the date Kostas approves it).
